We’d like to re-introduce you to Blackstone-Millville Regional School District.
Like the rest of us, the Instructional Leadership Team members are enjoying their summer – spending time with their families, going to baseball games, hiking, etc., are all things on their summer bucket lists. And, they are also making plans to start strong-er.
These teams discussed “who” the leaders really are in a district. Is it the superintendent? Is it the principal? Just “who” is it? They decided, in fact, that the leaders are all of us – the paras, the teachers, the principal, the superintendent . . . we are all leaders who serve students.
So, what exactly does that have to do with starting strong-er? Everything! These teams made a commitment to forge ahead together. After all – we are always better and stronger together!
Way to go, BMRSD. Your students are the lucky recipients of your dedication to this important work!
