We continue to be impressed with the districts and schools where we serve as partners. Despite the competing demands and initiatives, leaders across the country are continuing to STRENGTHEN leadership and EMPOWER teams. Why? Because when we are committed to building capacity in ourselves and others, we are able to move closer to our goal of improving outcomes and achievement for every student every day – no exceptions!

In Springfield Public Schools (IL), the district’s teaching and learning team has developed a way to capture Important News, Good News, and Opportunities. They use this information to plan targeted next steps.
The ILT at East Windsor High School (CT) is leading the staff in the process of identifying a narrow set of evidence-based practices to support their targeted learning focus (TLF).
The Blueprint 2.0 Implementation and Monitoring Team and building-based ILTs in Blackstone-Millville RSD (MA) have collaborated to align each school’s Portrait of a Graduate (POG) to the end goal of ensuring every BMRSD student is “prepared and empowered to be a responsible and productive citizen in a diverse and competitive world”. Below is the POG for Millville Elementary School.
