It’s that time of year. State testing, budgets, hiring, class lists, etc., are all on the to-do list. Yet the districts and schools we get to partner with continue to move the work forward – despite the competing demands. Thanks to all of you for your focus on keeping the main thing, the main thing. It’s an honor to partner with each and every one of you. Have a look at some great examples of how districts and schools are approaching this work:
Shrewsbury Public Schools (MA) is nearing the end of its strategic planning process. They have decided to focus on three commitments (Educational Excellence, Enhanced Well-Being of All, and Optimization of Resources) over the course of their 5-year plan.
The ILT at Mecca Elementary in Coachella Unified School District (CA) created a “Choose Your Own Adventure” where teachers clicked on the tiles seen here to learn about a topic and then taught it to each other!
Athol-Royalston Regional School District (MA) wasted no time thinking about how to communicate information. Using our Key Messages protocol, coaches and principals crafted their key messages following our first professional development session.
