We are excited to share some amazing artifacts from districts and schools across the country. These artifacts represent the hard work of many dedicated teacher leaders who are supporting the improvement efforts of their districts and schools in more ways than we can count. Thank you, teachers, for all that you do every day to help your students grow and achieve. We are eternally grateful for ALL that you do!
In Mammoth Unified School District, Mother Nature has brought her winter wonderland to this small yet mighty school district. ILT learning walks, looking at data, and implementing a Change of Superintendent survey have occurred, all while the schools offer shelter to displaced families due to unstable living structures. All stakeholders are cherished in Mammoth!

The staff at Westminster Center School in WNESU used a connect the dots protocol in their collaborative work to identify a narrow set of evidence-based practices in support of their Targeted Learning Focus.

The ILTs in Coachella Valley USD High Schools have prioritized college readiness. One Future Coachella Valley hosted a competition among all districts serving the Coachella Valley in Southern California. Coachella Valley Unified School District earned the highest honors!

In Springfield Public Schools, leaders are committed to using the walls as a place to add resources for learning and a place to celebrate.

The Focused Instructional Coaches in Worcester Public Schools have been exploring ways in which they can continue to support all teachers through targeted professional development and the establishment of a common set of values.

A shout out to ALL of the teachers and other leaders who continue to work hard to keep the main thing, the main thing. We thank you for your continued efforts to support every student, every day. Be sure to check back next month for the final blog post of this school year. You won’t want to miss out on this special year-end celebration.
