Summer Ramblings #4 – Is it a vision? A mission? A value?

Lots of schools are already prepping for the upcoming school year. Part of that prep involves updating the school plans. In most plans, there are three key pieces: Vision, Mission, and Values.

Sometimes, we get hung up in the wording and end up getting stuck.

I’m attending a class and last week had my “aha” moment. Here are my scribbled notes:

Which turned into some more clarity, the more I’ve looked at it.

First things first …
