One tiny word change – BIG IMPACT. It really does remind you that mindset matters.
So, what if we collectively decided to make this shift in our minds?
What would happen if we started talking about opportunities, rather than loss, at every leadership meeting and every teacher collaboration time?
What would happen if we started thinking about what we can do moving forward rather than what we missed doing up until today?
What if our actions started focusing on moving forward rather than looking back?
I say, let’s do this. Together. We are all in the final stretch of this unprecedented school year.
