Great job! Your school has identified a singular, schoolwide focus – that one thing that you want every student to know and be able to do. Now what? Good question.
In order for every student to be able to access and find success in the schoolwide focus, they need tools. In other words, it’s now time to have the ILT lead the entire staff in selecting a small set (1-3) learning practices (aka: the tools) that will allow every student to successfully access the schoolwide focus.
