Dear Teacher,
There’s a lot said about education. Most of it misses what actually matters.
We’ve been in a lot of classrooms, and one thing is clear. What you do is not easy.
People talk about teaching like it’s just delivering a lesson. But that’s not what it is. It’s adjusting in the moment, reaching the student who isn’t getting it yet, and holding high expectations while making sure every student has a path forward.
And you do that all day. Every day.
Not because it’s easy. Because it matters.
We see the impact. In students who are thinking. In students who start to believe in themselves.
We also know this. None of the systems, plans, or improvement efforts work without you.
So we will keep this simple.

For showing up. For doing the work that matters most.
